I specialise in helping teachers - and other public service professionals - speak with confidence, structure, and clarity in interviews.

What I See

For years, I’ve worked with educators and public service hopefuls who are doing brilliant work - but struggle to communicate their value. Most of them fall into the same traps: they waffle, they go off topic, they repeat themselves, or they lean heavily on a long list of qualifications and experiences, hoping the panel will join the dots. They don’t realise that the panel isn’t just looking for what you’ve done — they’re listening for HOW you’ve led, WHY you took action, and WHAT IMPACT you had.

That’s where I come in.

What I Do

I teach clients how to communicate with intent. Using techniques like the STAR and SAR techniques, the rule of 3 and the power of positive, everyday vocabulary, I help them shape their stories so they’re not just relevant — they’re memorable.

My approach isn’t about buzzwords or learning lines. It’s about understanding how to express yourself in a way that shows composure, clarity, and confidence - even under pressure. I help you move from over-explaining and under-selling to interview answers that are structured, on point, and genuinely impressive.

Who I Work With

Whether you're aiming for a secondment (including Oide) or stepping into school leadership, the way you speak about your work matters.

Through courses and one-to-one coaching, I’ve helped hundreds of professionals secure leadership roles, teaching positions, and posts in both public and private sectors. Many of them work with me inside the Confident Career Leader Programme, where we focus not just on interview preparation, but on identity, self-belief, and long-term career clarity.

If you're ready to stop underselling yourself -  and start communicating with the clarity your experience deserves - I’d love to work with you.
