I am a specialist in The Looking at Our Schools Document - I have created a wide variety of resources and blogs designed to help teachers reflect and decipher what LAOS looks like in their school and classroom. I also challenge teachers to make small changes so that they grow and develop - using the LAOS document so that they develop professionally.
