THE ANSWER…
After testing the old ways of what I call ‘The Solo Struggle Path’ to grow and develop basic leadership skills, I found myself doing things alone a lot and not being able to invest in my development - I persevered, learning what I could from free trainings and online searches.
These absolutely worked in the initial stages BUT… I found the lack of access to people who had the answers that I needed tricky and growth was slower than I’d hoped that it would be.
So I decided to ‘double down’ on what was working. I started to invest more heavily in mentors and coaches. It had helped me so far - but I now needed to make a bigger impact. 🎉 When I began working with clients THEY started getting results - securing roles and I started feeling that this was working for THEM TOO!

How does it work?
Coaching
You have 3 personalised coaching sessions with me. In Session 1, we’ll review and update your job application. In Session 2, you’ll complete a 360 review for self-awareness and uncovering your unique selling points that make you the obvious fit for the role.
Session 3 is your mock interview. Practise your newly developing interview skills in a mock interview, which will be recorded for your use later on. Option to book a further discounted mock interview at a later date.

A plug-and-play, proven online course that outlines the 4 core stages to help you communicate what you have to offer, including
- Stage 1 - APPLICATION: Job Applications - understanding and gathering your experience and interesting career stories and putting them into your form.
- Stage 2: AWARENESS: What makes you special? The best person for this role? Pinpointing what makes you stand out (hint: It's not your experience!)
- Stage 3: INTERVIEW: Deep dive into your interview performance, build your interview skils, get feedback on your interview answers and overcome interview fears.

Because this programme is so hands-on, I only work with a maximum of three teachers at any one time. This allows me to give you the kind of support you can’t get working solo or in a large group programme - 1:1 coaching, unlimited Voxer check-ins, detailed feedback on your job application form, and ongoing encouragement when you need it most. Most teachers use Voxer support several times a week, on top of their coaching calls, and that level of attention means spaces are extremely limited. Once the three places are taken, you’ll need to wait until a spot opens up again.

Claire secured her dream place in college studying Speech and Language Therapy
Another of my clients, I'll call her *Claire - came to me - with a desire to complete a course in Speech and Language Therapy which she felt that her future career would benefit from.
Claire wanted to work with students and children with language difficulties and identified that she that she would love to complete in order for her to leave the classroom eventually and work in this area.
Here's how we approached her goal.
Identifying the Objective: Firstly, together we looked at the requirements of the course and created a CV and an application letter, which showed her passions and experience with children with language difficulties.
Letter of Application: Claire wrote her application letter well, and I added lots of extra details to ensure that it would be able to be read and skimmed through effectively and really captured the reader's eye. Most of the content was her own, but revamping the look of the letter really made a huge impact.
CV: With the CV she just gave me a brief outline with about her experience but the information was bare – She was unsure how to create a CV. So what I did was ask her of her experience, especially focusing on anytime she had worked with the student language difficulties - because that's what the college would want to see.
The process took about 90 minutes and by the end of the session, Claire knew exactly what she needed to fit in to finish off and improve her CV. In fact, she was coming up with the phrases herself with ease!
RESULTS: I am thrilled to announce that Claire has just let me know that she has secured her place in the course this is the first step to a new future. She is now on her way to fulfilling her dreams of moving out of the classroom and working with those whom she knows will really benefit from her experience.
